- Refunds will not be issued if the tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival.
- This is subject to favorable weather conditions. If cancelled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund.
- The captain reserves the right to alter the itinerary for weather, safety, or other reasons out of concern for the passengers’ and yacht’s safety.
- We require the full name, date of birth, passport number, and contact number for each guest for the port police.
- We reserve the right to limit alcoholic beverages for any guests. Passengers who are intoxicated from alcohol or drugs will not be allowed onboard.
